2015 Job Market hires

The School is very pleased to welcome three new hires in 2015/16, Cesare Robotti, Elise Gourier and Tatsuro Senga.

Cesare Robotti is a Financial Economist and his research analyses empirical asset pricing and portfolio management. Cesare’s work has been published in the Journal of Finance, the Review of Financial Studies, Management Science, the Journal of Econometrics, the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, and the Journal of Empirical Finance.

Cesare is currently Associate Professor of Finance at Imperial College Business School. He previously worked in the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and he holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College. Cesare will join the School as a Professor of Finance in January 2016.

Elise Gourier is a Financial Economist and her research interests spans empirical asset pricing, financial econometrics and financial modelling.

Elise is currently a post-doctoral researcher in the Operations Research and Financial Engineering Department at Princeton University and she received her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Zurich. Elise will join the School as a Lecturer in Finance in September 2015.

Tatsuro Senga is a Macroeconomist and his research focuses on uncertainty, macro-finance, firm dynamics, corporate finance and international economics. Tatsuro is currently Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Ohio State University. Tatsuro will join the School as a Lecturer in Economics in September 2015.
